We are primarily looking in the north of England or the midlands as prices are better. We are open to offers for the amount of land and potential accommodation. Our budget is around £270K which is cash.

Typically, up North and out West tend to be more affordable regions. Perhaps if you’re willing to do a bit of renovation too, this could further shave off cost.
