We are looking for a shorefront croft or Smallholding anywhere in Scotland. Minimum of 2 acres, happy for more. Outbuildings, trees/woodland would be good. Also a sandy beach that is easy to access.
We have a budget of up to £500,000 cash and have nothing to sell, so are ready to go.

I clicked on the ‘Scotland category alerts’ and had a message that said-‘this page does not exist or is private’?
I have to say that I have found the new website very confusing and not at all intuitive, I am not tech savvy, as Im sure a lot of smallholders aren’t so simpler, and not so much complicated information would be really helpful please😄.
