I am looking to rent a smallholding with 3-15 acres. Possible view to purchase in the future. I am looking primarily to be self sufficient so need outbuildings or ability to build them. Need 2-3 bed accommodation within Cheshire or Gtr Manchester. Looking for long term, willing to pay a good rent for the right property.
