A question that has cropped up a few times is:
“Why don’t you scout for smallholdings to rent, as well as smallholdings for sale?”
In fact, a recent comment hinted at the growing demand for rural rentals, especially given the current climate.
And whilst we’re keen to fill in as many gaps as we can with the provision of this marketplace - our in-house scouts have only so much resource to go around.
But ‘go around’ we will, where the demand calls for our attention.
So, we turn to you - what are your thoughts on renting a smallholding vs. buying?
