Search filter and To Buy

Hello

Iā€™m a newbie.

1.Iā€™ve tried hunting around the website for the fields to filter when searching. All I can see is the tags option. Is that it? or have I missed it?

2.Iā€™m trying to search on any To Buy ads. I canā€™t see a filter for it. Please advise.

Some further info: I donā€™t see the orange strip and the scout info.

So I also thought: letā€™s try logging out and in, but I canā€™t see any log out option. Please let me know what Iā€™m missing. Sorry if itā€™s obvious.

Thanks for getting back to me. I watched the video but it doesnā€™t tell me: 1. how can i filter on people wanting to buy. I seem to only see sellers. 2. I donā€™t see the orange strip and the scout info. 3. how do i log out?

Letā€™s answer those questions:

  1. We just recently opened up a channel for buyers to post their ads - little uptake at present. But something else that works MUCH better, is us advertising a property for sale via a newsletter. This is getting great engagementā€¦thousands of views per advert per week. Are you selling a smallholding?

  2. The orange strip and scout info is a little dated, weā€™ve since changed some of this. Please see an updated guide.

  3. To log out - click on your profile icon in the top right hand corner of the screen, then clicking on the Log Out link:

Thank you for the responses.

Yes, we are selling a smallholding. Iā€™ll give you a brief flavour of where we are up to:

We have a unique 5 bed, character farmhouse in Solihull on 3 acres of highly productive land which we farm regeneratively. We have owned this property for over 30 years and the smallholding supports a wide range for self-sufficiency, from meat chicks, pasture raised pigs, through to a dairy cow.

We were on Rightmove with one of the rural agents from February to May this year, and then went off market. We intend to re launch on rightmove at the end of December but this time without an agent (weā€™ll use one of the online facilities to bypass the estate agents).

We are currently selling the property off-market via our own website and a youtube channel on regenerative farming. The website is www.smallholdingforsale.uk . The guide price is Ā£1.95M.

Please let me know if you feel our property is appropriate for your marketplace and/or newsletter. When I search on your website with price > 1M, a few listings come up but all below 1.5M.

We want to publicise that the property is currently off-market and that we intend to launch it on rightmove just before the new year (maybe 26th December).

Apologies for the delay.

Weā€™ve urgently been redeveloping how our offering is presented.

Feedback indicates that ā€œnavigation is confusingā€ and there are ā€œfar too many distractionsā€.

And of course, this is the opposite of our intention.
