It will be going on the market next spring. Thought it may be worth a longshot to see if anyone’s looking to relocate to monmouthshire & may be interested in a ‘swap’ - short word for something a bit complicated 
but would save the hassle of agents, viewings, etc etc.
I’m looking for an older property (don’t mind something which needs work) 2 beds +, Land, barns, smallholding, campsite….??? Happy to consider anything, quirkier the better. Preferred areas are Wales, Herefordshire, but again willing to consider slightly further afield.
